God is Making a Way...

God IS making a way friends!

This isn’t some cute quote or pat answer. It doesn’t take away the hardships or the despair you may be experiencing either. But God has been providing a way since the beginning of time!

Philippians 4 is an appeal for believers to rejoice always, to be anxious about nothing and to bring our requests to Him. I get that those are hard things to do right now.  I’m loosing track of days, feeling overwhelmed at times and rejoicing does not come easy when things are difficult, right?  But I think Paul’s words can remind us that no matter our circumstances, we can always look to the Lord for ALL our needs:

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.”  Philippians 4:19 

Listen, I’m right where you may be too... tired of staying home, frustrated that the things I want to do, I can’t do, and I’m sad for so much right now.  BUT, I am choosing to look up and focus on Jesus daily, instead of this storm.  I see a God that from the beginning of time set about a plan to redeem us and bring us back into fellowship with Him because of His great love for us. He let His Son pay the price of death so that we may have life, and life abundantly!  He made a way through sin and darkness, and through time and space that this day in 2020 we would know that He did all of that for us... so why would we think for a second He would leave us now?

Let’s choose to focus and rejoice in  “whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable” ... and the God of peace will be with you today my friends! Phil.4:8 ❤️
