What is Good...

What is good...

I think that’s open to interpretation these days; meaning everyone has their own opinion on what is good, right?

The other day I was praying and asking the Lord to show me how to be bold in this world and share His truths in the book I’m writing and in the voice and space He has given me... and this verse came right to my mind.

“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” Micah 6:8 

It spoke deeply to my soul and I wrote pages and pages of notes, so I know He was reminding me of His truths again. 

This world (a.k.a. you and I) needs a heart change that only comes from a relationship with God. And, we can only see change in our lives and our families lives if we do these things because of a desire to love and follow God’s ways. 

And then, in that humbleness we can finally see how much better His ways are and how GOOD He is to us! 

The evidence of His goodness IS written all over our lives.
